After delivering my second baby, I experienced severe back pain going down to my tailbone. It was so excruciating that breastfeeding became incredibly difficult, not to mention the added discomfort from sore nipples.

I kept telling myself I'd deal with it later, but later kept getting postponed.  Eventually, the pain became so unbearable that I couldn't even sit up straight to hold my baby.

Then I thought to myself, "wait a minute. I'm a PTA! I know how to treat this." With over 7 years of experience and the immense knowledge I had, I was confident that I can heal this! 

Guess, what? It worked! Not only did it work, I finally started feeling like myself again. I want to help YOU, feel like YOU again. 

My Methods

Slow and controlled movements are the most effective for targeting the core. 

My method for treating back pain is through modalities and exercises. I've found that to really target the core, isometric exercises with deep breathing are the most effective.
